Had a bit of trouble loading this year - so it's in three blogs...enjoy! A few facts to give the year a bit more background: Wilford is going on 44 and Cora 32. The kids range between 14 and 8. WWII is just around the corner. Wilford is working for his brother at the pool hall. He and Cora loose a baby boy, who Wilford buries atop his father's grave. Cora has cancer in her jaw which is treated in Salt Lake, (Wilford's journal sounds lonesome while she is gone). He also finds himself dealing with gum disease and has all his teeth pulled.
