Though damaged by the Teton Dam's flood waters, the marriage license is still readable. It had to be scanned in two parts, but it is on one long piece of paper. The last piece is from the back side of the marriage certificate and license.
The family is Mr & Mrs William Ovard and children. He was the bishop who married them. The photo was found in Wilford's effects.
